The MIC5310-2.8/1.5YML is a dual linear voltage regulator with a maximum output current of 150mA. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C junction temperature. The device is available in an 8-pin 2x2mm MLF package. It is designed to regulate voltage with a dropout voltage of up to 0.1V. The input voltage range is from 2.3V to 5.5V. The output voltage is adjustable between 2.716V and 2.884V.
