Operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, with a junction temperature up to 125°C. Housed in a 6-terminal S-XDSO-N6 package, measuring 2mm x 2mm. Offers excellent line and load regulation with maximum values of 0.02394% and 1.4% respectively.
