Dual-output positive fixed LDO voltage regulator, surface mountable in an 8-pin DFN EP package (2x2x0.85mm). Features 1.85V and 2.85V fixed outputs, each capable of 0.3A maximum current. Operates with input voltages from 2.3V to 5.5V, offering low dropout voltages as low as 0.025V at 100mA. Includes current limit, thermal shutdown, and excellent transient response.
