
The Precision Edge ECL clock buffer is a single circuit IC designed for use in high-speed clock distribution applications. Operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 85°C, it can handle supply voltages between 3V and 3.6V. The device features high level output currents of up to -3mA and low level output currents of up to 24mA. It is available in a SOIC package and is compliant with RoHS regulations.
