512K-bit NOR Flash memory with a parallel interface, offering a 64K x 8 architecture and 100ns maximum access time. This asynchronous, non-sectored flash memory operates at a typical 5V supply voltage and requires an 11.4 to 12.6V programming voltage. Packaged in a 32-pin PLCC (Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier) with J-lead configuration for surface mounting, it features a 1.27mm pin pitch and operates within a 0°C to 70°C temperature range.
