Housed in a 48-pin TSOP (Thin Small Outline Package) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting. Includes asymmetrical block architecture with a top boot block and supports programming voltages from 1.65V to 3.6V and 11.4V to 12.6V. Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C.
