Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V programming voltage and 5V typical supply voltage. Packaged in a 32-pin PLCC (Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier) with J-lead configuration for surface mounting. Supports asynchronous timing and includes a bottom boot block. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
