2M-bit NOR Flash memory with a parallel interface, featuring 256K x 8 organization and a 120ns maximum access time. This asynchronous, sectored flash memory operates from a 4.5 to 5.5V programming voltage and a typical 5V supply. The 32-pin PDIP package is designed for through-hole mounting with a 2.54mm pin pitch. Includes an 18-bit address bus, an 8-bit data bus, and a top boot block.
