4M-bit NOR Flash memory with a parallel interface, featuring a 3.3V typical operating voltage and a 90ns maximum access time. This integrated circuit offers 512K x 8 or 256K x 16 word organization and supports a 2.7 to 3.6V programming voltage. Housed in a 48-pin TSOP (Thin Small Outline Package) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting, it operates across a -20°C to 85°C temperature range. The memory architecture is sectored with an asymmetrical block organization and a bottom boot block.
