This asynchronous, sectored flash memory offers a maximum access time of 15000 ns and operates at a typical supply voltage of 1.8V. Housed in a 48-pin TSOP (Thin Small Outline Package) with gull-wing leads, it is designed for surface mounting with a 0.5mm pin pitch. Operating current is a maximum of 15 mA, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
