1G-bit SLC NAND Flash memory with a parallel interface, featuring 64M words x 16 bits. This Thin Small Outline Package (TSOP) component offers a 48-pin gull-wing lead configuration for surface mounting. Operating at 3V or 3.3V, it provides a maximum access time of 12µs and a maximum operating current of 20mA. The symmetrical, sectored architecture supports a 26-bit address bus and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
