Packaged in a 48-pin USOP (Micro Small-Outline Package) with gull-wing leads for surface mounting, it offers a 27-bit address bus and 8-bit data bus. Designed for a 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range, it draws a maximum operating current of 15mA.
