The FST16050 is a general purpose rectifier with a maximum operating temperature of 175°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It can handle a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and a maximum reverse current of 2mA. The device is rated for a maximum forward current of 160A and a peak non-repetitive surge current of 1.2kA. The FST16050 is packaged in a TO-249 case and is suitable for chassis mount applications.
