The MALCE11A is a unidirectional silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 11V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 1500mW. It features a breakdown voltage of 12.85V and a maximum clamping voltage of 18.2V. The diode is packaged in a 2-pin axial configuration with a plastic case. The MALCE11A operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
