The MALCE22A is a unidirectional silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 22V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 1500W. It has a maximum power dissipation of 5W and a nominal breakdown voltage of 25.65V. The diode is packaged in a plastic case with two pins and has an axial terminal position. It is suitable for use in applications where transient voltage suppression is required.
