The MP6KE43A is a unidirectional silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 36.8V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 600W. It has a maximum power dissipation of 1.47W and is available in a 2-pin axial package. The diode is made from silicon and is suitable for use in applications where transient voltage suppression is required. The MP6KE43A is designed to operate over a temperature range of -40°C to 175°C.
