The MXLCE60A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 66.7V. It has a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 1500mW and a maximum power dissipation of 1.52W. The diode is packaged in a 2-pin axial package and is made of silicon. It is suitable for use in applications where transient voltage protection is required.
