The UPR5/TR13 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and a maximum reverse current of 2uA. The diode is rated for a forward current of 2.5A and has a reverse recovery time of 25ns. It is available in a surface mount package and is not radiation hardened. The UPR5/TR13 is not RoHS compliant.
