The UPR5/TR7 is a general purpose rectifier diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It has a maximum reverse voltage of 50V and a maximum reverse current of 2uA. The diode is packaged in a DO-216AA package and is available in a tape and reel format. It is not radiation hardened and is not RoHS compliant.
