Quad operational amplifier with a 1.5 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 1.3 V/µs slew rate. Features a maximum input offset voltage of 1350 µV and a low average bias current of 4 nA. This voltage-feedback amplifier operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is housed in a 14-pin SOIC package. Designed for dual supply operation with a nominal supply voltage of 5V, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 16V.
