Fixed positive single output LDO regulator with a nominal output voltage of 5V and a maximum output current of 0.1A. Features a 0.6V maximum dropout voltage and a 0.38V nominal dropout voltage. Operates with an input voltage range of 6V to 30V. Offers a voltage tolerance of ±2.4% and excellent line and load regulation with maximums of 0.02% and 0.015% respectively. Housed in a 3-terminal TO-252 (DPAK) package.
