Integrated 16KB FLASH memory and 16KB RAM support Bluetooth Low Energy applications. Offers SPI, UART, 2-Wire, and I2C interfaces with 31 I/Os and 32 GPIO pins. Designed for low power consumption with 13.4mA receiving and 16mA transmitting current. Packaged in a 62-ball WLCSP, measuring 3.83mm x 3.5mm x 0.5mm, supplied on tape and reel.
