The IL711S-1E is a high-speed, 3.3V/5V dual-channel unidirectional isolated buffer utilizing NVE's patented spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It supports typical data rates of 150 Mbps with a symmetric magnetic coupling barrier that provides low propagation delay and pulse width distortion. The device features 1 kVrms isolation and exceptional common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 100 kV/µs. It is designed for CMOS-compatible logic level shifting, peripheral interfaces, and board-to-board communication in space-constrained applications.
