The IL 712S-3E is a high-speed, 2-channel digital isolator manufactured with NVE's patented spintronic Giant Magnetoresistive (GMR) technology. It provides two unidirectional channels (one in each direction) and supports data rates up to 150 Mbps. The device features a 2500 Vrms isolation voltage and a high common mode transient immunity of 100 kV/µs. Its GMR technology enables low pulse width distortion and fast propagation delays without the use of carriers or clocks, resulting in low EMI emissions.
