The CAT1021ZI-45-GT3 is a simple reset/power-on reset IC from Onsemi, designed for surface mount applications. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is compliant with RoHS regulations. This device monitors a single voltage and provides a reset signal when the supply voltage falls below 4.5V or rises above 4.75V. The reset timeout is 130ms, and the IC consumes an operating supply current of 10uA. It is available in a halogen-free, lead-free MSOP package, packaged on a tape and reel.
