
High-speed MOSFET/IGBT gate driver optocoupler with 3A output current and 2.5A high/low level output current. Features a 5kV isolation voltage, 20ns fall time, and 210ns propagation delay. Operates from a 15V to 35V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 25mA. This unidirectional, single-channel optocoupler is surface mountable in an SMD/SMT package, rated for -40°C to 100°C, and is RoHS compliant.
