
General purpose optocoupler featuring a zero-crossing snubberless triac driver. This single-channel device offers 5kV isolation voltage and operates with a 20mA input current at a nominal 1.25V. The output delivers up to 300mA with a 500µA hold current. Packaged in a through-hole DIP, it supports a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 100°C.
