This general-purpose optocoupler offers a 300mA output current per channel with a 20mA input current requirement. Operating across a -55°C to 100°C temperature range, it provides 60µs turn-on and 52µs turn-off delay times. Packaged in a 6-pin DIP for tape and reel distribution.
