
General purpose optocoupler featuring zero-crossing snubberless triac driver functionality. Surface mountable in an SMD/SMT package, this single-channel device offers a 5kV isolation voltage and a 300mA output current. Operates with a nominal input voltage of 1.25V and a forward current of 30mA, with a maximum input voltage of 1.5V. Features a 500uA hold current and a 6V reverse breakdown voltage, with turn-on and turn-off delay times of 60us and 52us respectively. Rated for operation between -55°C and 100°C, supplied in a 1000-piece tape and reel.
