
Digital infrared proximity sensor with a 10m sensing distance. Features a TO-5 package, 3-pin through-hole mount, and operates on 3V to 6V DC supply voltage with a typical 170µA operating current. Output is digital with a 100µA output current and -500mV output voltage. This lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is designed for operation between -20°C and 60°C.
