30A step-down power module with adjustable output voltage from 600mV to 3.6V, accepting input voltages from 3V to 14.5V. Features high efficiency up to 96%, integrated UVLO, OCP, and OTP protection. This non-isolated DC/DC controller is housed in a compact 15x16x5.8mm QFN package for surface mounting. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
