Synchronous step-down converter with adjustable output voltage from 760mV to 7V, capable of delivering up to 4A. Features a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and operates with a quiescent current of 950uA. This surface mountable, lead-free component is housed in an 8-SO PowerPAD package with dimensions of 4.89mm length, 3.9mm width, and 1.7mm height. Designed for operation between -40°C and 85°C, it supports a single positive output and includes a synchronous rectifier.
