Operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a nominal supply current of 300 µA. Integral nonlinearity is 1 LSB, with a settling time of 6 µs and a slew rate of 0.7 V/µs. Housed in a 10-lead MicroSOIC (MSOP) package with tin, matte contact plating.
