Operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, drawing a maximum of 140 µA. Integral nonlinearity is 4 LSB, with a settling time of 6 µs and slew rate of 1 V/µs. Surface mountable in an MSOP package, suitable for temperatures from -40°C to 105°C.
