
Single-channel operational amplifier featuring a 4MHz gain bandwidth product and 20V/µs slew rate. This BIFET technology amplifier offers a 1000µV maximum offset voltage and 45nV/√Hz input voltage noise density. It operates from ±4.5V to ±18V dual supply or 9V to 36V single supply, with a 2.5mA operating supply current. The SOIC-8 package with tin-lead plating provides 76dB common mode rejection and 110dB power supply rejection.
