Dual, high-performance voltage feedback operational amplifier featuring a 325 MHz -3dB bandwidth and 300 MHz unity gain bandwidth product. This amplifier offers a 700 V/µs slew rate and 30 ns settling time, suitable for dual supply operation from 1.5V to 6V or single supply from 3V to 12V. With a 14mA operating supply current and 25.3mA output current per channel, it provides 55dB voltage gain and 48dB CMRR. Packaged in a 2-amplifier configuration with tin/lead contact plating.
