
20-bit, 1-channel digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a serial SPI interface. Features 1LSB integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL), with a full-scale error of 10LSB. Operates with a 5V supply voltage, consuming a maximum of 3.5mW and a nominal supply current of 460uA. This unipolar, voltage output DAC offers a conversion rate of 500S/s and a settling time of 2000us. Packaged in a 16-pin SSOP with gold contact plating, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
