This single-channel DAC offers 12-bit resolution with a full-scale error of 2 LSB and integral nonlinearity of 1 LSB. Designed for through-hole mounting in a DIP package with tin-lead contact plating, it operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply. Maximum output voltage is 20V, with a settling time of 250 ns and a power dissipation of 2.5 mW.
