The MAX14932FASE+ is a 4-channel, 5kVRMS digital isolator designed to transfer digital signals between circuits with different power domains while using as little as 0.58mW per channel at 1Mbps. It features two channels in each direction (2/2) and supports data rates up to 150Mbps. The device is housed in a 16-pin narrow SOIC package and operates over a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It utilizes capacitive isolation technology to provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions.
