Operates with dual supply voltages from ±2V to ±15V, with a maximum dual supply of ±18V and a single supply range of 4V to 36V. Achieves 90dB common mode rejection ratio and 100dB power supply rejection ratio, with a voltage gain of 120dB. Surface mountable in a 16-pin SOIC package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
