Operating from a single supply of 1.35V to 18V or dual supplies up to 36V, it consumes a low 27µA operating supply current. With a 50µV input offset voltage and 20nA input bias current, it is suitable for applications from -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in an 8-SOIC for tape and reel deployment.
