
Dual wideband operational amplifier featuring a 230MHz -3dB bandwidth and 125MHz bandwidth. This high-output current amplifier offers 350mA output current per channel and a 70V/µs slew rate. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 2.5V to a maximum of 6.3V, or a single supply of 5V to 12V, it boasts a gain bandwidth product of 118MHz. The component provides excellent signal integrity with a Common Mode Rejection Ratio of 85dB and Power Supply Rejection Ratio of 95dB. Housed in an 8-SOIC package, this RoHS compliant amplifier is suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
