Dual 4-bit decade counters featuring negative edge clock triggering and asynchronous reset. These logic ICs operate with a 5V supply voltage (4.75V to 5.25V) and support up to 35MHz frequency. The through-hole mounted PDIP package contains two 4-bit counter elements, offering unidirectional up counting. With a propagation delay of 60ns, these RoHS compliant bipolar components are suitable for operation between 0°C and 70°C.
