Delivers up to 6-A output current with a 14-ns propagation delay and 10-ns fall time. Operates from a 4.5-V to 8-V supply voltage, with a typical operating voltage of 7.2 V. Surface-mount SOIC package, suitable for operation from -40°C to 125°C. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
