Monitors three voltages with undervoltage thresholds at 3.5V and overvoltage thresholds at 13.8V. Provides an active-low reset with a 200ms reset timeout. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (D) case, this lead-free and RoHS compliant component operates from -40°C to 85°C.
