The PSLC12-LF is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from Protek with a clamping voltage of 28.6V and a working voltage of 12V. It features a capacitance of 3pF and a leakage current of 1uA. The device is packaged in a SOT-143 package and is suitable for operation over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The PSLC12-LF is RoHS compliant and does not offer radiation hardening.
