The PSM712-LF is a dual bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from Protek. It features a silicon diode element material and a trans voltage suppressor diode type. The diode has a maximum reverse voltage of 7V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 7.5V. It can handle a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 600mW and a maximum clamping voltage of 30V. The diode is packaged in a 3-pin R-PDSO-G3 package.
