The SMDA03-LF-T13 is an 8-pin dual silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a minimum breakdown voltage of 4V and a maximum reverse peak power dissipation of 500mW. It has a maximum clamping voltage of 7V and a maximum power dissipation of 1W. The diode is unidirectional and has a maximum reverse voltage of 3.3V. It is packaged in a R-PDSO-G8 package and is suitable for use in a variety of applications.
