The QM35825 is a fully integrated, ultra-low-power Ultra-Wideband (UWB) System-on-Chip (SoC) designed for precise location tracking and secure ranging. It operates at 6.5 GHz and 8 GHz (channels 5 and 9) and includes integrated LNAs, PA, and RF switches. The device features an ARM Cortex-M33 processor with a Secure Enclave for advanced security, supporting secure Time-of-Flight (ToF) and Angle of Arrival (AoA) measurements. It is optimized for coin-cell applications in consumer IoT, enterprise asset tracking, and industrial geofencing.
