Single-function operational amplifier featuring a low input offset voltage of 60µV maximum. This bipolar, voltage-feedback amplifier offers a high minimum voltage gain of 150,000 and a nominal unity gain bandwidth of 800kHz. Designed for military temperature grades, it operates from -55°C to 125°C with a nominal supply voltage of ±15V. The component is housed in a 20-terminal ceramic quad flat package (CQCC20) and includes frequency compensation and low-offset capabilities.
